Pappad Thoran Recipe

Ingredients for Pappad Thoran

Pappads—10 [fried]

Onion – 1 [chopped]

Green Chilies – 2 [chopped]

Coconut – 1/4 cup [grated]

Chana dal -- Oil – 1 tbsp

Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp

Chana Dal – 1 tsp

Dried Red Chilli – 1 [split into 2]

Curry Leaves – 1 strand

Heat oil in a pan and fry dried red chilli, chana dal, mustard seeds, and curry leaves for 2 minutes.

Add chopped onion and green chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Add grated coconut and mix till the water is absorbed.

Add fried crumbed pappad and mix gently.
